He uses tried and true techniques but cleverly incorporates modern approaches and solutions. He has impressive problem solving skills and his attention to detail is impressive. While many companies provide workmanship, Hank provides craftsmanship. To quote my wife, our new fence "exceeds all my expectations and I'm a really tough grader".
